Does Your Shower Need Restoration?
Gaps and cracks can indicate that grout has deteriorated and requires repair or replacement.
Persistent staining or mould around grout and silicone may indicate that restoration is required.
Silicone that is lifting, splitting or separating from surfaces should be assessed.
Movement or damage may require further assessment before grout restoration is undertaken.
Water escaping the shower should be investigated to identify the underlying cause.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you need to remove my tiles?
Many regrouting jobs can be completed while the existing tiles remain in place. If damaged, loose or unsuitable tiles are found, this can be discussed separately.
Do I need a Full Seal or Base Seal?
This depends on the location and extent of the deteriorated grout and silicone. Send us photos and we can review the visible condition.
Do you use epoxy grout?
Yes. Nextline Services uses MAPEI epoxy grout where suitable for the application.
Can you replace only the silicone?
Yes. If the existing grout remains suitable, silicone-only restoration may be appropriate.
What warranty do you provide?
Nextline Services provides a 5-year grout and epoxy grout workmanship warranty and a 2-year silicone workmanship warranty, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions.
