Warranty FAQs
When does my warranty start?
The applicable workmanship warranty begins from the date the relevant work is completed by Nextline Services.
How long is grout covered?
Eligible grout and epoxy grout workmanship completed by Nextline Services is covered for 5 years from completion, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions.
How long is silicone covered?
Eligible silicone workmanship completed by Nextline Services is covered for 2 years from completion, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions.
Does the warranty cover waterproofing?
No. Our workmanship warranty relates to eligible grout, epoxy grout and silicone work completed by Nextline Services. Existing or underlying waterproofing membrane and plumbing systems are outside that workmanship warranty unless expressly included in a separate agreed scope.
What should I do if I notice a problem?
Contact Nextline Services and provide details and clear photos of the affected area. We can then review the issue and arrange an inspection where required.
